K9ine Connect

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 22, 2026

This is a plain-language policy written to be easy to read. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

K9ine Connect is an app for dog-training studios and their clients. It is made by Balanced K9ines (Johnny Hammond) in Snohomish County, Washington.

Information we collect

Card data stays with Stripe. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is never stored by us.

The app only uses device permissions (such as location, camera, photos, microphone and notifications) when you allow it. We do not track your location in the background.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide the service to you and your studio, to process payments, to communicate with you, and to send notifications you turn on.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking.

Third parties

These providers only get what they need to provide their service. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your account and the personal information tied to it, including dog information, messages, photos, videos and records. Basic payment amounts may stay in the studio’s books, without your name or card digits, where tax law requires it.

Delete your account or download your data

You can delete your account inside the app under My Account → Delete account. Deleting is not the same as signing out. You can also ask for a copy of your data in the app or by contacting us.

Your choices

You can turn notifications off and deny device permissions at any time in your phone’s settings.

Children

K9ine Connect is for adult clients and staff of a studio. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date on this page.
